Description:
Bongo Hop, a popular Afrobeat band from France led by Etienne Seve, has dropped a new album after a long absence! The new album features a variety of Caribbean rhythms, worm brass, and pleasant vocals, as is typical of Etienne, a French-born trumpeter who has been based in Colombia for a long time. The opening track features Paulo Flores, who has been releasing a number of excellent albums in recent years, and the second track features Nydia Gongora, who is well known for her work with Quantic, as well as the Dutch hip-hop crew Daphanix and French multi-instrumentalist Afro-Caribbean disco project VOILAAA, and others.
